Shipping Policy

At Haus of Peptides, we aim to ensure fast, reliable and seamless delivery for all orders. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are processed, dispatched and delivered.

domestic shipping - thailand

All domestic orders are shipped via Flash Express.

Order Processing

We ship 7 days a week.

Orders placed and paid by 1:00 PM are processed and dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM are dispatched the following day.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on location and are not controlled by Haus of Peptides.

Bangkok and metropolitan areas: typically next-day delivery

Outer provinces / remote areas: 2–3 business days

Tracking Information

Once the order has been dispatched, a Flash Express tracking number will be provided.

Customers may track their shipment directly through Flash Express:

Shipping is free on domestic orders of ฿1,000 or more. Orders below ฿1,000 pay a flat ฿40 shipping fee.

Same-Day Messenger Delivery (Bangkok & Surrounding Areas)

For urgent delivery, we offer private courier / messenger delivery via Grab or Lineman.

Available 7 days a week

Delivery window: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM (midnight)

To arrange this service, customers must contact us directly before placing an order or immediately after checkout so we can confirm availability and any additional messenger delivery fees.

International orders are shipped via Thailand Post ePacket.

Delivery Timeframes

Worldwide delivery takes up to 14 days as standard. Delivery times vary by destination and are not controlled by Haus of Peptides.

Tracking Information

A tracking code is provided for every international shipment once the order has been dispatched.

Customs and Import Fees

We are not responsible for orders held, delayed or refused by customs, or for any import duties, taxes or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Shipping Fees

International shipping is charged by the number of bottles in the order:

  • Up to 5 bottles — ฿300
  • 6 to 10 bottles — ฿400
  • 11 to 15 bottles — ฿600
  • 16 to 20 bottles — ฿800
  • 21 to 25 bottles — ฿1,000

For orders above 25 bottles, shipping is quoted individually. A representative will confirm the cost by email before payment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number.

We are not liable for delays or lost deliveries caused by:

  • Misspelled or incorrect addresses
  • Missing building, unit or floor details
  • Unreachable phone number

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping fees may apply.
