How ordering, payment, delivery and returns work at Haus of Peptides.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Place your order, and the bank details appear with your order code. Transfer the total, put the order code in the transfer note, then upload a photo of your slip. We confirm the payment and dispatch from there.
Do you accept credit cards?
No. Bank transfer is the only payment method.
How long does delivery take?
All domestic orders ship with Flash Express. Orders paid before 1:00 PM are dispatched the same day; after that, the next day. Bangkok and metropolitan areas are typically next-day; outer provinces take 2 to 3 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Thailand is free on orders of ฿1,000 or more; orders below that pay a flat ฿40. International shipping is charged by the number of bottles in your order: up to 5 bottles ฿300, 6 to 10 bottles ฿400, 11 to 15 bottles ฿600, 16 to 20 bottles ฿800, and 21 to 25 bottles ฿1,000. For orders above 25 bottles we quote shipping individually — a representative will confirm the cost by email before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders are sent by Thailand Post ePacket. Delivery worldwide takes up to 14 days as standard, and a tracking code is provided with every shipment. We are not responsible for orders held or delayed in customs, or for any import duties, taxes or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we email you the Flash Express tracking number and a link. You can also see it on your order page and in your account.
Do you offer discounts for buying more?
Yes. Every product has quantity pricing at 1, 2, 5 and 10 vials, and the per-vial price drops at each step. The saving is shown as a percentage on the product page before you add anything to your cart.
Can I return a product?
No. Because of the storage and handling conditions these products require, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
What are these products for?
Everything sold here is supplied strictly for laboratory and research use. Nothing is intended for human or veterinary consumption, and no product should be understood as a treatment for any condition.
Do I need anything else to use these?
Research use typically requires bacteriostatic water for reconstitution, along with syringes and alcohol pads. These are available as add-ons at checkout.

Thailand. We ship domestically within Thailand via Flash Express, and internationally to most countries via Thailand Post ePacket.
